This September LYNX students in Grades 1-9 will be spotted in Edmonton!
Our LYNX ‘Nature Inspired’ Program is well established in Southern Alberta’s Bow Valley Corridor, offering a unique, experiential learning opportunity connecting ECS children (PreK and K) and students (Grades 1-9) to the natural world through the exploration of their environments. LYNX has outdoor nature classrooms in Calgary, Cochrane, and Okotoks and we are excited about opening one in Edmonton this fall!
LYNX goes far beyond learning about nature and outdoor play. We believe young people benefit from being actively immersed in their natural world. In fact, about 50% of our student’s school day is spent out-of-doors. While “helicopter parents” might not find our programming appealing, LYNX is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, homeschoolers, and parents seeking a healthy nature inspired learning experience for their kids.
