Nicole joined ursa as a Home Education Managers in 2018. Her professional teaching background lies mainly in high school science, physics and math, as well as facilitating self-directed science clubs for students at an international school, but as mother who home educated her children from ECS through high school, she now has experience in a much more diverse range of topics that she ever imagined! Nicole is thankful for the time homeschooling has provided to her family to explore their own areas of interest, cultivate an excitement for learning new things, and to simply enjoy each other as they grow up together. Working with ursa's families has been a wonderful experience– learning from her families as well as sharing her own teaching and homeschooling experiences in return. Nicole’s hobbies include reading, gardening, coaching various sports and volunteering for her favored political parties.
